- 1 Cup Sun Goddess Kemboocha
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- Protein mix (Can use your favorite protein powder).
- 1 cup ice (Can also freeze banana or add your favorite frozen berries.)
